Refund & Cancelation Policy

We strictly don’t encourage any kind of refunds.

 

– You can signup for a Free Trial before making a purchase and experiment with the product before making the purchase as complete features are enabled during the Trial period itself

 

– Solid Performers CRM doesn’t force you into an annual subscription as a condition to using our services. We prefer to give you the flexibility to choose either monthly or annually with a free trial option. You can go through our complete tutorial and features provided to understand the features of our product and then make a purchase or choose a monthly plan to understand the features before signing up for a long-term commitment.

 

– We will not entertain downgrading your plan from the long term to the short term and refunding the partial payment at any point in time. Hence, we request you to try it out for a short duration before proceeding for a longer duration.

 

– Kindly note that we will not entertain a request for a refund when we have suspended or terminated your access to our services due to a violation of our terms & policies.

 

– Incase if you have an active subscription and want to cancel the subscription, kindly send an email to accounts@solidperformers.com and it will be canceled in 3 to 5 working days. Kindly note that the previous subscription charges will not be refunded.
