Overall lead report and lead module data is mismatching?

1. Just check weather you have hided any stage or what from the stage settings, by using the above path
2. If you have hided any stage from settings then, that particular data will not available in the lead module page but it will show you in the overall lead. Try to select all the stages in the lead module stage and filter, so you will get the same number data in lead module and over all lead report.
