Lead converted to clients are not showing in client module?

First check weather users are updating the status by editing/updating the status an stage as convert to client, if they are just changing the follow up/editing as converted to client, then it will not work.

1)By using above mentioned path and image you have to convert leads to clients, so the list will show you in client module.
