Bulk Upload Steps

1. Download Sample Format

Using the “Download Sample Format” button to download the Excel sheet. For more details, click here.

2. Choose File

Using the “Choose File” button to open the file selection window. From there, select the saved Excel sheet.

3. Import duplicate as well

To import duplicate leads, enable the “Import duplicate as well” checkbox.

4. Import

Finally, click on the “Import” button to complete the process.

1.1 Excel Sheet Format

It is mandatory to follow this rule to fill data in the sheet:

  • In the sheet, lines 1st to 5th row should remain unchanged. Start filling your data from the 6th or 7th row line onwards; do not modify the content of the first five lines as they should remain as default.
  • In the lead module, certain fields are mandatory. You must fill in data for these fields. If any mandatory field is left blank, the data in the sheet will not be uploaded.
  • In the sheet, if you haven’t added the executive ID, the file will not be uploaded. It’s mandatory to include and fill the executive ID.
Step 1

In these three columns, please fill in the basic details such as name, phone number, and email address.

Step 2

Here, you should enter the executive ID. [ Every user/employee has access to “My Profile” (https://account.solidperformers.com/profile). In the header line of my profile, only the ID is displayed.]

Step 3 

If you want to add a default lead stage ID, you have to add the ID here.[For any stage ID, you can find it in your admin account. Navigate to the stage IDs through this link (https://account.solidperformers.com/leadStages), and for a particular stage ID, you will find it in the ID column. Select the ID for your specific stage.]

Step 4

If you want to add a default lead status ID, you have to add the ID here. [ For any status ID, you can find it in your admin account. Navigate to the status IDs through this link (https://account.solidperformers.com/leadStatuses), and for a particular status ID, you will find it in the ID column. Select the ID for your specific status.]

Step 5

If you want to add a default lead source ID, you have to add the ID here.[For any stage ID, you can find it in your admin account. Navigate to the source IDs through this link (https://account.solidperformers.com/leadSources), and for a particular source ID, you will find it in the ID column. Select the ID for your specific source.]

  2. You can give the name to the custom dashboard.
  3. You can add description to the dashboard if you want.
  4. After adding the Custom Dashboard name you can click on settings button to make the desire changes.

  • You can be able to create custom reports apart from the available default reports.
  • These reports will be visible in the reports section along with other default reports.
  • We have provided you with 2 options to create report – Data Report or a Summary Report
  1. You can add a new data report from here
  2. You can add a new summary report from here
  3. Once the report is created, the name of the report will be displayed here
  4. The type of report will be shown here for your reference
  5. You can view the created report from here. It will also be added automatically to your report’s module under custom reports section
  6. You can set permissions for your users based on the user role. Only the users with the allowed permission can be able to see the report.

Custom Summary Reports

  1. Click on add new summary report from the custom report page and add the title of the report under report name section
  2. You can select the module for which the report needs to be created. You can also create report based on executives. Once the selection is done, the system will show additional fields for creating the report.
  1. You can select the data field from any module.
  2. Select the data point like stage, statues, group, etc.,
  3. You can set the value for data filter and you can also click on the setting icon to change the field title in the report
  4. You can click on the (+) sign to add more conditions below
  5. You can define the data access that needs to be provided
  6. You can also define the default search filter items that needs to be displayed on the report section
  1. You can view the created report in the table format with only the selected fields
  2. You can also download the report in excel or print the report
  3. You can perform additional filter to drill down the data

Custom Data Reports

  1. The data report will provide only the selected data fields. You can give a name to the data report
  2. You can select the module for which the report needs to be generated
  3. Select the fields which needs to be displayed in the report
  4. You can also link one module data to another module to generate a combined report
  5. You can display certain fields from those combined modules as well
  6. You can define the default filter items for this report. Only those filter data will be displayed in the view report page
  7. Click on save report to create the report
  1. The created report with the selected data will be displayed here
  2. You can download the data in excel or print the data for future use
  3. The report will show only the data that belongs to the filter stage while creating the report
  4. You can also add more filters on top of the existing filter which was defined already.

  5. You can change the position of the action button as per your convenience to left, right or on both sides.
  6. You can change the filter design to show as popup or show the filters in the top of list page. If you have more filter items, then popup is recommended.
  7. You can enable the detailed view page to open in a new tab
  8. You can display user icons instead of displaying their names
  9. You can disable the notes function in the common module if you don’t need this function for your business need.
  10. You can enable or disable the confidential data’s to be displayed for your users while creating the proposal, PI or invoice.
