  • In lead setting we have a setting page called “Advanced Lead Settings”  or you can refer link https://account.solidperformers.com/leadsettings.
  • There is option called “Don’t assign leads if not puchedin” if you enabled this then lead will not allocate to inactive users, refer below image.

Only if a field is enabled in list page, then only filter will come in filter also. Else it will not come.
