6. You can create custom reports from here based on your subscription plan.

1. You can add new task from here.
2. You can also do the bulk upload of task through excel sheet.
3. You can add the name to the task.
4. You can select the due date & due time for the task.
5. You can select the priority of task.

List Page

1. You can sync your Google calendar account to the CRM so that you can get notified about events on your phone also.
2. You can add task or reminder based on Events, Status, Stage, Group, Ratings.
3. You can add an event by clicking on that particular date.
4. You can enter the event name.
5. You can select the event Start Date, Start time & End Date, End Time based on our needs.
6. You can differentiate between different event by choosing different colors.
7. You can add description for your events or task.

List Page

1. You can see the executive name.
2. Punched in & Punched out time will display here ie at what time that particular executive logged in & logged out into the CRM.
3. From here you can check the total duration the executives were logged into the CRM.
4. From here you will see the total time he spent for the day on different works whatever was updated by the executive.
5. You can view, edit, and update your work from here.
6. You can manage your leave.
7. A consolidated report for all executives can be downloaded from here.

User Management

In User Management you can see all the users in one list page and there you can able  to manage all the users.

1. To manually add new users, click on “Add new”. For more details, click here.
2. For bulk user upload, click on “Bulk Upload”. For more details, click here.
3. Click on the Hierarchy Tree to see the flow chart of the users. For more details, click here. 
4. If you have more than 10 users, click on “10” to view more than 10 users on the list page simultaneously.
5. Utilise the search box to find users by typing their username.
6. Click on the “Three dots” to view details, ban users, or delete the particular user. For more details, click here.
7. Click on the “Pencil icon” to edit the user.
